Sessions are 50 minutes. In our first session together we will discuss why you are seeking therapy and what you would like to get out it and to talk about any concerns or questions moving forwards. We will then decide what works best for you in terms of short term or long term therapy. We will regularly review our session to see how you are progressing in your therapy.
